Hello, I'm Britney Walker, a 13-year-old entrepreneur with a passion for animal welfare. My journey began at age six, during the Miss Georgia Elementary pageant. This image captures my school wear walk for my win as Miss Georgia Elementary Grand Supreme. What's not visible is the extensive styling required to secure my headband and maintain the bow's upright position. My hair and makeup artist went through a lot of bobby pins!

 

This experience sparked an idea. My mother and I recognized the need for a more practical solution, leading to the creation of Britney Bands. These non-slip headbands feature a perfect bow, suitable for stage performances, athletic activities, or casual wear with pets.

 

Driven by my commitment to animal advocacy, our mission is "Helping Animals In Need, One Band At A Time." A portion of each sale benefits FurKids, the largest no-cage, no-kill animal shelter in the Southeast, dedicated to finding homes for cats and dogs.

 

To date, Britney Bands has contributed over $5,000 towards homeless animals and we can’t wait to provide more this year.
